Alaska Wild Coho Salmon is the second largest salmon, with a body size up to 89 cm (35 inches) with an average weight of about 5.5 kg (12 pounds).  Cohos are an excellent choice for grilling, broiling, sautéing, baking, poaching, steaming, and smoking. Their size and excellent color retention properties make them popular in both frozen and smoked forms.
